Shell 100% melton wool, the fabric weight is 24-26 oz./linear.
Bottom lining worsted plaid.
Permanent sleeve and top yoke nap back or sunbak satin.
Two bottom horizontal scalloped pocket flaps.
The pockets shall be slashed through and through for inside access.
Two inside breast pockets.
Permanent shoulder epaulets.
Two piece set in sleeve with shoulder pads and sleeve heads.
