Shell 55% polyester, 45% wool, the fabric weight is 13.5 oz. per square yard.
Permanent lining 100% polyester.
Two top pointed flaps and two bottom scalloped flaps.
Two piece set in sleeve with shoulder pads and sleeve heads.
Permanent shoulder epaulets with cross stitching.
Two large inside breast pockets.
Eyelet buttons for badge holder.
